Amy Silbergeld (b. 1987) is a poet whose work has appeared in journals and magazines including Gertrude and Shampoo. She received a BA with Distinction in Writing and Literature from California College of the Arts in San Francisco, where she also worked as a research assistant for poet Joseph Lease on his upcoming book, Testify, to be published by Coffee House Press (please visit KQED to hear Lease read from his critically-acclaimed book Broken World).

Amy lives in Manhattan and is an MFA candidate in Poetry at Columbia University's School of the Arts.
